When I went to Hanging Rock for some maternity pictures, I took a few pictures of one of the "falls" to the side and below where we took all my pictures.

gorgeous! You need to teach me how to do that. Im guessing open shutter speed longer? tripod?
definitely a longer shutter speed (and lower ISO, higher aperture) I'm not sure if I had my tripod or used a rock for this particular shot, but yes tripods are wonderful...it's even better when you set the timer so you don't risk ANY shake by pushing down on the button!
